About Me – Your Coach, Your Warrior (KRIS JENNINGS)
With over 18 years of experience in combat sports and functional fitness, I specialize in building strong, resilient, and confident individuals through real-world training.
🛡️ Wrestling (18 Years)
A lifelong passion and my foundational art—I've competed from junior high to college-level tournaments and continue to train today. Wrestling is the perfect bridge between stand-up and ground game.
🥊 Muay Thai & Boxing (13 Years)
Under the guidance of Master Nelson—renowned trainer of elite fighters—I’ve honed the powerful techniques of the “Art of 9 Limbs,” blending striking with strategy.
🥋 Jiujutsu (15 Years)
Though never formally belted, I’ve trained for over a decade with high-level grapplers, including black belts. My wrestling background gives me a natural edge in ground combat.
⚔️ Krav Maga (13 Years)
Certified in this elite Israeli military martial art, I teach practical defense techniques against knives, guns, and real-life threats. I currently instruct at a local dojo.
🏋️ Weight Training & Rehab (10 Years)
After overcoming serious injuries—including ACL surgery—I’ve mastered strength training as a path to healing and fortification. I teach clients how to rebuild their bodies, correct imbalances, and prevent future injury through intelligent movement.
